The Power of Community

Healing Is Collective
Healing happens when we hear from like-minded people and know that we are not alone. Healing happens when we witness others' breakthroughs, which confirms that it is possible. Healing happens when our journey is witnessed and understood by fellow travelers.

Honoring the power of community, our hoarding-specializing clinicians offer different forms of group-based support:

For California and Ohio-based Adults Experiencing Hoarding:

These therapy groups are offered online. Due to licensing restrictions, they are currently only available for people based in the states of California and Ohio. Compassion Focused Therapy Group (CFT-G) should be taken first. Some of our graduates find repeating CFT-G helpful. After completing at least one round of CFT-G, graduates are welcome to join the Compassionate Action Therapy Group (CAT-G).
